    Conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de garantie<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    1. Applicabilit\u00e9<\/h3>

    Cette garantie s'applique exclusivement aux r\u00e9parations de parois sur les rev\u00eatements de parois profil\u00e9s et lisses de caravanes et de camping-cars, effectu\u00e9es conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode de r\u00e9paration CaravanRepair\u00ae.<\/p>

    2. Conditions de validit\u00e9<\/h3>

    La garantie n'est valable que si les conditions cumulatives suivantes sont remplies :<\/p>

    • La r\u00e9paration a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e par un concessionnaire CaravanRepair\u00ae officiellement certifi\u00e9, titulaire d'une licence valide et \u00e0 jour\u00a0;<\/li>
    • Les travaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment aux m\u00e9thodes, directives et normes de qualit\u00e9 prescrites par CaravanRepair\u00ae ;<\/li>
    • Seuls des produits et mat\u00e9riaux d'origine CaravanRepair\u00ae ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s;<\/li>
    • La r\u00e9paration effectu\u00e9e est enregistr\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9montrable et v\u00e9rifiable au sein du r\u00e9seau CaravanRepair\u00ae.<\/li><\/ul>

      3. \u00c9tendue de la garantie<\/h3>

      La garantie couvre exclusivement la r\u00e9paration gratuite des d\u00e9fauts d\u00e9coulant directement et de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9montrable de la r\u00e9paration effectu\u00e9e par CaravanRepair\u00ae. Le groupe CaravanRepair\u00ae se r\u00e9serve le droit de d\u00e9terminer s'il s'agit d'un cas de garantie.<\/p>

      4. Exclusions<\/h3>

      Sont express\u00e9ment exclus de la garantie :<\/p>

      • Dommages dus \u00e0 l'humidit\u00e9, aux fuites ou aux d\u00e9g\u00e2ts des eaux ;<\/li>
      • Dommages ou d\u00e9fauts sans rapport direct avec la r\u00e9paration effectu\u00e9e ;<\/li>
      • Dommages caus\u00e9s par une mauvaise utilisation, un entretien inad\u00e9quat, des influences externes ou un cas de force majeure ;<\/li>
      • R\u00e9parations, modifications ou travaux effectu\u00e9s par des tiers non certifi\u00e9s ;<\/li>
      • Usure normale et changements esth\u00e9tiques n'affectant pas la fonctionnalit\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul>

        5. Incessibilit\u00e9<\/h3>

        La garantie est strictement personnelle et non transf\u00e9rable \u00e0 des tiers, y compris aux propri\u00e9taires successifs du v\u00e9hicule, sauf accord \u00e9crit contraire de CaravanRepair\u00ae Group.<\/p>

        6. Limitation de responsabilit\u00e9<\/h3>

        La responsabilit\u00e9 de CaravanRepair\u00ae Group est en tout temps limit\u00e9e au montant couvert par la r\u00e9clamation de garantie concern\u00e9e, \u00e0 savoir la r\u00e9paration de la r\u00e9paration d'origine. CaravanRepair\u00ae Group n'est pas responsable de :<\/p>

        • Dommages indirects, y compris les dommages cons\u00e9cutifs, les pertes d'exploitation, la perte d'usage ou la diminution de valeur ;<\/li>
        • Co\u00fbts de location d'une voiture de remplacement, frais de s\u00e9jour ou autres frais suppl\u00e9mentaires ;<\/li>
        • Dommages r\u00e9sultant de l'immobilisation ou de l'impossibilit\u00e9 d'utiliser le v\u00e9hicule, dans la mesure permise par la loi.<\/li><\/ul>

          7. Demande de garantie<\/h3>

          Les r\u00e9clamations sous garantie doivent \u00eatre signal\u00e9es dans un d\u00e9lai raisonnable apr\u00e8s la constatation du d\u00e9faut \u00e0 un concessionnaire agr\u00e9\u00e9 CaravanRepair\u00ae ou directement au CaravanRepair\u00ae Group. CaravanRepair\u00ae Group se r\u00e9serve le droit d'inspecter le v\u00e9hicule avant de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration.<\/p>

          8. Droit applicable<\/h3>

          Tous les termes de garantie, les relations juridiques et les litiges sont soumis au droit n\u00e9erlandais, \u00e0 l'exclusion de tout autre.<\/p>

          9. Litiges<\/h3>
