CaravanRepair® Group Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Applicability

This warranty exclusively applies to wall repair repairs on profiled and smooth wall cladding of caravans and motorhomes, carried out in accordance with the CaravanRepair® repair method.

2. Conditions for validity

The warranty is only valid if the following conditions are cumulatively met:

• The repair was carried out by an officially certified CaravanRepair® dealer with a valid and current license;
• The works have been carried out in accordance with the methods, guidelines and quality standards prescribed by CaravanRepair®;
• Only original CaravanRepair® products and materials are exclusively used;
• The performed repair is demonstrably and verifiably registered within the CaravanRepair® network.

3. Scope of warranty

The warranty exclusively covers the free repair of defects that directly and demonstrably result from the repair carried out by CaravanRepair®. CaravanRepair® Group reserves the right to determine whether a warranty case exists.

4. Exclusions

The warranty expressly excludes:

• Damage due to moisture, leaks, or water damage;
• Damage or defects not directly related to the repair carried out;
• Damage caused by incorrect use, insufficient maintenance, external influences, or force majeure;
• Repairs, modifications or work carried out by unauthorised third parties;
• Normal wear and tear and aesthetic changes that do not affect functionality.

5. Non-transferability

The warranty is strictly personal and not transferable to third parties, including subsequent owners of the vehicle, unless otherwise agreed in writing by CaravanRepair® Group.

6. Limitation of Liability

The liability of CaravanRepair® Group is at all times limited to the amount covered by the relevant warranty claim, which is the repair of the original repair. CaravanRepair® Group is not liable for:

• Indirect damage, including consequential loss, business interruption, loss of use, or depreciation in value;
• Costs of replacement transport, accommodation costs, or other incidental expenses;
• Damage resulting from downtime or inability to use the vehicle, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Warranty Claim

Warranty claims must be reported within a reasonable period after discovering the defect to an authorised CaravanRepair® dealer or directly to CaravanRepair® Group. CaravanRepair® Group reserves the right to inspect the vehicle before proceeding with repairs.

8. Applicable law

Dutch law shall apply exclusively to all warranty conditions, legal relationships, and disputes.

9. Disputes

Disputes arising from or related to these warranty terms shall be exclusively submitted to the competent court in the district where CaravanRepair® Group is established, unless mandatory law prescribes otherwise.
